What You’ll Do
As a CNA at Fountain View, you’ll be an essential part of our nursing team, providing hands-on care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care and assistance with mobility
- Assist residents with meals and other daily needs
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident requests
- Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment
- Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team
- Treat every resident with dignity, kindness, compassion, and respect
