What we need: welcoming customer service with hands-on digital marketing and delivery support. You’ll serve guests, help keep orders moving, and create engaging content that reflects our brand. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and enjoys balancing in-person service with creative work.

Duties

• Welcome guests, take and coordinate orders, and support smooth front-of-house service and deliveries.
• Plan and create social media content, including photography, graphic design, video editing, and content writing; proofread materials before publishing.
• Manage social media platforms and communication, using social listening and relationship management to support public relations and consistent branding.
• Update and maintain current online ordering system and website with new offerings, descriptions and photos.
• Track digital marketing performance with Google Analytics and social media analytics; use web, marketing, and media performance analytics to guide improvements, including Facebook Advertising. Your impact: Clear service and relevant content help guests find, enjoy, and stay connected with our offerings.

Experience

• Essential: Strong customer service, communication, organization, and content creation skills; comfort using social media platforms.
• Preferred: Experience in social media marketing and management, social media content marketing, media editing tools, photography, and digital marketing performance monitoring.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
