We're looking for a skilled, dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team at On Point Massage!

We're a locally owned, therapist-operated practice. Between the two of us, we bring nearly 40 years of hands-on massage therapy experience. As practicing massage therapists ourselves, we understand firsthand the physical demands, challenges, and rewards of this profession. We work alongside our team and believe in creating an environment where therapists feel supported, respected, and have the time they need to provide quality care.

Why We're Hiring:

We recently expanded our services to include medical massage covered by insurance, allowing us to serve an even broader range of clients. With this expansion, we're seeing increased demand for appointments. We're looking for another therapist to take on overflow from our existing cash-pay clientele, improve appointment availability, and help us accommodate our growing practice.

This position will initially focus on cash-pay clients, with the opportunity to expand into medical massage after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period. Therapists who transition into medical massage will have the opportunity for a base-pay increase.

Position Details- Employment Type: Part-time W-2 employee.- Starting Schedule: Approximately 5–10 booked treatment hours per week, with room to grow.

• Available Shifts: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, or Saturday.

• Base Pay: $27–$30 per booked treatment hour (tips not included).- Tips: Therapists keep 100% of their tips.

• Additional Earnings: Opportunities to increase hourly earnings through service add-ons.- Medical Massage

Responsibilities:

• Provide customized therapeutic massage treatments based on individual client needs.

• Perform a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, and sports massage.

• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and treatment documentation.

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.

• Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality of all client information.

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado Massage Therapy License.

• Must maintain active professional massage therapy liability insurance.

• Must be comfortable and physically capable of performing deep tissue massage.

• Ability to write clear, accurate, and professional SOAP notes.

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dependable, professional, and client-focused.

• Therapeutic massage experience preferred but not required.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

• Must be able to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA privacy requirements.
