Road Warrior Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate for a long-term warehouse assignment in North Sacramento, CA.

This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with a strong background operating sit-down forklifts. The role offers a consistent daytime schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity for long-term employment.

Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while operating material-handling equipment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Some overtime may be required or available based on operational needs

Duties

Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials

Load and unload trucks and warehouse shipments

Move products and materials throughout the warehouse

Properly position and organize inventory

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines

Perform routine equipment inspections before and during operation

Maintain an organized and safe work area

Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Follow instructions from supervisors and warehouse management

Maintain accurate handling and placement of materials

Work efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sit-down forklift experience

Demonstrated ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift in a warehouse environment

Previous warehouse experience

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work a consistent 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule

Willingness to work overtime when required or available

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
