La Brea Cleaners

Compensation: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Position: Sales Clerk / Cashier
Available Shifts
Shift 1 – Afternoon / Evening
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shift 2 – Morning
- Monday–Friday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Description
La Brea Cleaners is a reputable dry cleaning business seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Clerks/Cashiers to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining our reputation for quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Assist customers with dropping off and picking up dry cleaning orders (training provided).
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions (training provided).
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and store.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and punctual.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Training will be provided.
