Duties

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and free of clutter
• Ensure compliance with food handling safety standards and sanitation regulations at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service flow during busy periods
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen, dining area, and storage spaces to uphold cleanliness standards

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
