E-Commerce Operations & Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

About us Redwood Rings is an online jewelry brand known for handcrafted wood wedding rings and nature-inspired accessories. We sell across our own website, Etsy, and other marketplaces, and ship to customers nationwide. We're a small team, so your work directly shapes how customers experience the brand. Schedule: About 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri 11am-3pm, with occasional Saturdays. On-site in Bremerton. What you'll do - Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time - Answer customer emails and messages with warmth and clear information - Keep inventory and order details organized across our sales channels - Fill downtime with assigned projects: drafting product listings, updating photos and descriptions, and helping with marketing tasks such as social posts and email - Take direction well, follow our processes, and suggest improvements once you know the ropes What we're looking for - Prior work experience is required.
