Posh Dental is a privately owned, modern dental practice located in Temecula, California. We are looking for an experienced, confident, and skilled Associate Dentist to join our fun, friendly, and growing team!
Our office is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered dentistry in a comfortable, welcoming, and state-of-the-art environment. We take pride in delivering high-quality care while maintaining a positive, collaborative workplace.
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to work 1–2 days per week, with the potential for additional days as our practice continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
We are searching for a well-rounded, experienced general dentist who is comfortable performing a wide range of dental procedures independently.
Clinical Skills Required:
- Root Canal Therapy (Endodontics): Must be proficient and confident performing root canals, including molar endodontics.
- Extractions: Must be comfortable performing routine and more complex extractions.
- Crown & Bridge: Strong experience in crown preparations, restorations, and fixed prosthodontics.
- Comprehensive General Dentistry: Ability to diagnose, treatment plan, and perform a full scope of general dental procedures.
- Implant Placement: Experience placing dental implants is a strong plus, but not required.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist.
- Confident, efficient, and capable of working independently.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional dentistry and quality patient care.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional chairside manner.
- Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning abilities.
- Ability to build patient trust and clearly explain treatment recommendations.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Committed to maintaining a productive, professional, and supportive office culture.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active and unrestricted California Dental License.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Current professional malpractice insurance.
- Active DEA registration.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid NPI number.
