Description
Role: Compassionate LPN providing hands-on patient care in an on-site Healthcare & Medical Services setting.
Key Duties
- Obtain patient vitals and monitor patient status.
- Administer medications and assist with clinical procedures as needed.
- Document care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans.
- Maintain strict safety, infection-control, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN licensure and strong clinical fundamentals.
- Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Proficiency with vitals collection, medication administration, and procedure support.
- Accurate EHR documentation and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and commitment to safety and infection prevention.
