1. Business Development Manager – Scaffolding & Access Solutions

Location: New York Metropolitan Area, NY
Salary: $80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in construction sales, business development, scaffolding, or equipment rental preferred.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the New York metropolitan area.

2. Hardware Engineering Manager

Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant hardware engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven engineering team leadership experience.
• Strong background in high-speed networking hardware and embedded computing.
• Expertise in PCB design, signal integrity, and EMC/EMI compliance.
• Experience leading hardware development from architecture through production release.

Additional Information: On-site position. Relocation assistance available.

3. Construction Estimator

Location: Albany, NY
Salary: $70,000 per year + Benefits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Construction or engineering degree preferred.
• Estimating experience across at least 3 construction trades.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, labor, and quantity takeoffs.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to independently prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
