Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Procore Champion to lead the reimplementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our Procore construction management platform. This role will serve as the internal subject matter expert, responsible for bridging the gap between field operations, office teams, and technology. The ideal candidate will drive user adoption, build standardized operational processes, lead company-wide training, and act as our primary strategic liaison with Procore.

This position is based in our City of Industry office and is expected to work primarily on site in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive reimplementation of Procore across the organization to ensure maximum ROI and system utilization.
  • Audit existing platform usage to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for workflow optimization.
  • Standardize tool configurations, templates, and reporting structures across all projects and departments.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, department management and executive leadership to align Procore capabilities with overarching business objectives.
  • Design, build, update and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every phase of the project lifecycle within Procore.
  • Establish data governance protocols and best practices to ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
  • Create internal playbooks and action plans for project setup, execution, and closeout to streamline daily operations.
  • Develop and deliver customized, role-based training programs for field and office staff (e.g., estimating, project management, accounting).
  • Serve as the internal Procore helpdesk team leader and primary point of escalation for all Procore-related troubleshooting and support requests.
  • Monitor user adoption metrics and proactively engage with teams to overcome resistance to change and foster a tech-forward culture.
  • Support corporate and branch office teams with onboarding for all new hires to ensure immediate proficiency within the platform.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and the Procore Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Monitor Procore’s product roadmap, beta programs, and release notes to evaluate and deploy new features and updates seamlessly (e.g. AI Digital CoWorker).
  • Manage administrative functions, including user permissions, company-level settings, directory management, and directory integrations (e.g., ERP/Accounting software).
  • Advocate for the company’s specific needs by submitting feature requests and providing feedback directly to the Procore development team

Required Qualifications

  • Procore Expertise: 2+ years of direct experience administrating or heavily utilizing Procore. Current Procore Certifications (Project Manager, Core Tools, Administrator) are highly preferred.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with integrating Procore with standard construction accounting and ERP systems (e.g., Viewpoint Spectrum).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing change, driving software adoption, and building collaboration and consensus across diverse operational teams.
