Project Manager

We’re a boutique creative shop in Los Angeles working on studio and streamer campaigns. The shop is growing, and we need a part-time project manager to help run it.

The job: keep projects on track, source and screen freelance editors and writers, help manage outside vendors, sit in on planning, and do research when required. You’ll also help market the shop: keeping our website and LinkedIn current and making sure the work we do for clients gets seen.

You: one to three years at an agency, a studio or a startup. You’ve kept things moving that other people depended on, and you like being given a problem more than a task.

What you’re good at: Easy to talk to, on the phone and in the room. Staying organized when things move fast. Keeping clear notes so nothing gets lost. Thinking one step ahead of the person you’re working for. Noticing when a process needs fixing and having suggestions. Personable and a clear communicator.

The details: 20 to 25 hours a week, $30 an hour to start, W-2 on payroll. Hybrid, with some days in person, so you need to live in Los Angeles.
