Regional Hotel Manager

Overview

As a Regional Hotel Manager, you’ll guide hotel teams and oversee daily operations across assigned properties. You’ll bring together guest service, team leadership, and financial operations to keep each hotel running smoothly and consistently. Your impact: By strengthening hotel guest service standards and supporting reliable operations, you help guests enjoy welcoming stays and teams deliver attentive service. This is a high travel position with company car, gas and meals reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, reservation systems, and night audit processes.
• Lead and supervise hospitality teams; set clear expectations, support performance, and promote consistent guest relations.
• Manage property budgets, revenue management, and financial operations; review results and guide responsible spending.
• Maintain hotel guest service standards, resolve guest concerns, and reinforce effective customer service and phone etiquette.
• Coordinate staffing and human resources needs, communicate priorities clearly, and support consistent operations across properties.

Experience

• Experience in hotel management, hospitality management, or a related hotel or resort environment.
• Supervising or team management experience, including managing hospitality teams and daily operations.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, revenue management, and hospitality operations budgets.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and night audit.
• Strong leadership, managerial communication, guest service, and guest relations skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: $60,900.00 - $72,000.00 per year
