Registered Dietitian / Nutrition Specialist –Harmony Community Mental Health Center
Inglewood, CA | In-person
Harmony CMHC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition assessments, counseling, and education to adults receiving mental health services.
Responsibilities:
-Assess patients’ nutritional needs and develop individualized recommendations.
-Provide individual nutrition counseling and group education.
-Teach practical strategies for balanced eating, portion control, and hydration.
-Address nutritional concerns related to chronic health conditions and psychiatric medications.
-Collaborate with the treatment team and maintain timely documentation.
Qualifications:
-Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
-Experience working with adults and chronic health conditions preferred.
-Behavioral health or community-based care experience is a plus.
-Ability to present nutrition information in a clear, practical, and engaging way.
Job Type: On Call
Schedule: Weekday daytime hours. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview.
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Plata: $40 - $45 an hour
