We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with strong experience in B2B sales, client development, and industrial services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in industrial staffing, manufacturing, construction, or workforce solutions
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience developing new business
- CRM experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new clients
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Build long-term client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and recruiting teams
