Bartenders
This position is responsible for making all alcoholic and some non-alcoholic beverages in the bar for bar top guests and order takers. There are several shifts however most of them are either am or pm. All of our bartenders are team players and perform cleaning duties for the bar and surrounding areas.
These are tipped positions. When working as a bartender at the Trinity Groves bar, the hourly pay is of $2.13 per hour plus gratuities. Most of our tipped positioned employees earn up to $30 per hour in gratuities. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TIPPED EMPLOYEES RECEIVE CREDIT CARD TIPS ON THEIR BI-WEEKLY PAYCHECKS. We require all of our bartenders to be TABC and Food Handler certified before their first day of work.
All of our full-service concepts are very high volume so 2 years of bartending experience in a name branded concept is a requirement for these positions. We provide structured training, however due to the sales volume, experience is a must.
The bartender position requires employees to have great communication skills, outgoing personalities, professional appearance, ability to interact positively with all co-workers and guest and have overall good salesmanship.
The bartender position requires employees to lift up to 30 pounds with frequent bending, stooping and twisting. He/She works the entire shift on their feet so the ability to stand 100% during the entire shift is required.

Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check for airport badge clearance
- Must have two valid government-issued IDs in excellent condition
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including Early morning shifts as early as 4:00 AM. Our closing times vary every shift and can be as late as 1:00am
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Must live within 25 miles of DFW Airport
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to reach, bend, and move throughout the assigned work area and airport
