Experienced Server — Berliner Pub | Renton, WA

Full-time or part-time | Weekend availability required

Berliner Pub is an established neighborhood pub and family-friendly, casual dining, full-service restaurant in downtown Renton. We’re looking for an experienced server to join our established crew and provide friendly, efficient service in a busy, fast-paced setting.

The right person is dependable, works well with others, and can confidently manage a busy section and large groups while making every guest feel welcome.

What you’ll do:

• Provide attentive, friendly service from greeting to payment.
• Confidently handle large parties, multiple tables, and busy shifts.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
• Learn our menu and beer selection to offer recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Keep your section clean and organized, complete side work, and help teammates when needed.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous serving experience in a busy, full-service restaurant is required.
• Experience serving large groups and managing competing priorities.
• A positive attitude, clear communication, and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Weekend availability is a must.
• Flexible availability and the ability to cover shifts are preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is an advantage.
• Some Spanish is beneficial.
• Current required food worker and alcohol service credentials, or the ability to obtain them before starting.

Schedule and compensation

Full-time and part-time positions are available. The advertised wage is the base hourly wage, with tips on top.
