Vehicle Service Specialist ensures smooth vehicle flow and an exceptional guest arrival experience by safely parking and retrieving guest and company vehicles. The role assists with luggage, supports a welcoming front-entry experience, and maintains a clean, organized drive and arrival area.
Key Responsibilities
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely while ensuring efficient traffic flow.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide warm, hospitality-focused service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the drive and entry area.
- Support the host and collaborate with bar and hotel teams during busy services and special events.
- Uphold safety, security, and guest service standards at all times.
